Sales Associates are positive, energetic and are committed to providing the very best experience for customers. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, maintaining a clean environment, and selling products at our retail location in Kona, Hawaiʻi Island.

● Acquire and share product knowledge with customers.

● Operate cash registers/Shopify POS system, and balance drawers.

● Achieve established sales goals.

● Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards.

● Introduce promotions, opportunities, and special product information to customers.

● Adhere to the policies and procedures of the Company.

Requirements:

● Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction

● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

● Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time

● Ability to lift at least 20 lbs.

Preferences:

● Retail sales experience preferred

Schedule: 4-8 hour shifts Sunday to Saturday

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
